Exchange and Return Conditions for Goods.

According to the Ukrainian Law "On Consumer Rights Protection," you can return products purchased from the Mnacak online store within fourteen days from the date of purchase, provided that all requirements stipulated by the Law are met.

Article 9. According to the Ukrainian Law "On Consumer Rights Protection"

Conditions for exchange/return of goods of proper quality:

The consumer has the right to exchange or return non-food products of proper quality to the seller where they were purchased if the product did not satisfy them in terms of form, size, style, color, or size. The consumer has the right to exchange and return goods of proper quality within fourteen days, excluding the day of purchase.

Exchange and return of goods of proper quality are allowed if:

• it has not been used;
• its marketable condition is preserved;
• its consumer properties, seals, and labels are preserved;
• the payment document issued to the consumer along with the sold item is presented;

In case of exchange or return of goods of proper quality purchased from the online store, the buyer covers the transportation costs.
